Bayonetta hits stores tomorrow, 1/5/10, and I must say that I will have it. After playing the demo on both the 360 and PS3, I simply cannot pass this over-the-top action game. What system will I be playing it on? 360. Despite my dislike for the buttons on the 360, it is visually the superior version. If you only have the PS3, you’ll be fine. It still looks good but just don’t play it on the 360. It is such a shame that Sega didn’t do the port justice.
After playing the Japanese demo on PSN, this game became a confirmed 1st day purchase!
It looks like Sega will be releasing the MadWorld soundtrack on 6/30/09 for all to purchase. The soundtrack will be available at Sumthing Distribution as mail order or digital download. Platinum Games was nice enough to post a video so you can get a sense of what the tracks are like:
This game just looks completely over the top and I love it! What is better than a witch who’s complete costume is made out of hair and sports guns as heels? So far nothing. I definitely hope to see more from this title at E3. Either way, Platinum Games seems to have outdone themselves because this game is a day 1 purchase for me!
