Thanks to Gaf, I found out about the Life with PlayStation software being updated to version 1.2. It would seem that the only way to know when there is a new update is if you actually select the Life icon vs letting the application auto-start.
The last Life w/ PlayStation update we received included the ability to dynamically add and remove channels. With the sharp eye site of the Neogaf forum, you will notice the World Heritage by α CLOCK channel is now in your selection of choosing.
Life With PlayStation received an update adding local time for the Live channel as well as a new channel itself called United Village that shares community and culture from around the world. Here is what was included in the update:
