GDC is approaching and we are starting to hear of some speakers who will be sharing their knowledge and maybe even glimpses at some of 2009′s most anticipated games such as God of War 3  and Uncharted 2. GDC isn’t just a place where developers can share their knowledge and best practice uses. It is also a place to unveil new games or much wanted sequels that have yet to otherwise be discussed or confirmed to be in existence by developers or publishers.  It seems Mass Effect 2 has been confirmed. Now we will see Bioware’s new level creation process…
